These terms govern your access to and use of the Paisa and Paisa platform. Please read them carefully before submitting an enquiry.
By accessing or using the Paisa and Paisa website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Paisa and Paisa is a loan aggregation and financial lead-generation platform. We assist customers in exploring loan options, checking indicative eligibility and submitting enquiries, which — following internal review — may be routed to suitable lending partners / financial institutions ("Lending Partners"). We are not a lender, bank or NBFC. We do not sanction loans, decide interest rates, or participate in disbursal decisions.
All credit decisions rest solely with the respective Lending Partner, based on its own policies, criteria and applicable regulations. Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer, guarantee or commitment of finance.
To assess your credit profile and prepare your file for review, we charge a one-time ₹499 credit profile assessment charge, inclusive of all GST and taxes. This charge is mandatory for every loan file and no file is routed to a Lending Partner without it. We do not levy any "processing", "release", "insurance" or similar charge at any other stage. The ₹499 charge is non-refundable once the assessment has begun, irrespective of whether a Lending Partner approves, declines or offers a different product, since the assessment work has already been carried out. Any lender-side processing fee, interest or insurance charge is levied by the Lending Partner itself and is disclosed by it separately at the point of sanction. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law to submit an enquiry on the Platform.
Submitting an enquiry does not create any obligation on us or any Lending Partner to extend credit. By providing contact details and consent, you agree to be contacted by us and/or Lending Partners via phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, even if registered on DND/NDNC lists, to the extent permitted by law. You may opt out anytime.
Rates, ranges, EMI figures and eligibility parameters displayed on the Platform are indicative and for general guidance only. Actual values are determined exclusively by the Lending Partner. Calculator outputs are estimates and should not be treated as quotes or offers.
All content on this Platform — including text, design, logos, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Paisa and Paisa and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Lending Partners). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paisa and Paisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profit, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or reliance on its content, or any decision made in connection with a Lending Partner. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paisa and Paisa, its team and affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, violation of applicable law, or provision of false/misleading information.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
