When you submit an enquiry, you tick a consent box. This page explains exactly what that means — in plain language, clause by clause.
Last updated: 25 August 2026You permit our team to use the contact details you submitted (mobile number, email address) to reach out about your enquiry specifically — for verification, status updates, document guidance and product-related questions.
We may use any of these channels, whichever is most practical for the situation. Calls come from verified team numbers during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST). We do not spam; communication relates to your enquiry and its progress.
Scope is limited to the enquiry you raised. Submitting a loan enquiry does not sign you up for marketing about unrelated products. Occasional relevant updates (e.g., new partner options matching your stated requirement) are sent only where permitted and always with an easy opt-out.
Your consent permits service-related communication regarding your enquiry even if your number is registered on DND/NDNC lists, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see below).
The consent checkbox is required because we cannot review or process an enquiry without being able to contact you at all. Without it, the enquiry cannot move forward — though you're welcome to browse all informational pages freely.
This page supplements — and does not replace — our full Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
